Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

• We ship across India using trusted courier partners such as Blue Dart, DeliveryOne, and DTDC.

• Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days depending on your location.

• For remote or rural areas, delivery may take a little longer.

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all orders above ₹999.

• For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹80  will be applied at checkout.

Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS to monitor your package.

• Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect.

International Shipping

• At present, we do not offer international shipping. We are working to expand our services soon.

Damaged or Lost Packages

• We take utmost care in packaging your jewelry securely.

• In the rare case of damage during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

• If your package is lost in transit, we will issue a replacement or refund after verification with the courier partner.

Address Accuracy

• Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.

• We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
